Our kitchen staff is mainly made up of Italian chefs. They use only quality and exclusively Italian ingredients to enhance and perfect the authentic traditional flavors of the dishes.
Our dining room consultants will introduce you to this authentic experience. They will explain our concept to you, accompany you in the discovery of dishes with regional flavors, and advise you on the most suitable wines or proseccos to enhance their taste.
The waiting time at the table is longer than in many other restaurants, but this is a plus. On the other hand, it takes time to make great dishes. Our cuisine is made only with fresh and not pre-cooked foods; therefore, cooking times may vary according to the ingredients or the difficulty of the chosen dishes.

1 con: because the chef is actually Italian he will not make changes to any dishes to preserve the authenticity of the cuisine. We tried to add chicken to the truffle gnocchi, but were still highly satisfied with the dish as it was.
Some favs of ours were the ravioli, any gnocchi, and the deconstructed cannoli + tiramisu

What a great Italian dinner, the ambience, the food the location, and above all the service. My parents migrated from Italy in 1959 to NYC, I grew up on Long Island American Italian style 100% . Italian food is my heritage. so I’m here in Miami with a friend, first time at Vero, and the best part about the experience, other than the food was our server, Fedarica!100% percent Italian from Italy, very polite, courteous, very friendly, she made me feel at home the way I did when I was growing up. very prompt. Does her job very well!! she made me feel like family and that’s what it’s all about with Italians. Thank you so much Fedarica, and Vero . I will definitely be back. ❤️🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹❤️

We’ve been back several times to this lovely, hidden gem in the middle of a busy city. The food service professionals, as well as the quality, the food speak for themselves! Great find. I must be getting old because the music is just a little loud for me, but other than that perfect!!!

Our cancellation policy for bookings of 10 guests or more requires the customer to contact us and cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, it is considered a 'No-Show,' and there is a 'No-Show' charge Fee" of $10 per person.
